Shell-cast aluminium parts for building construction
Originally a producer of hardware components, our corporate culture and our falicities for polished finishes and an anodisation section (only foundry in Belgium) are dedicated to meet the requirements of this sector: parts whose appearance is important, but also solid parts resistant to corrosion: for example railing supports that meet the standard.
Our organisation according to the IS0 9000 standard, our working procedures, our involvement with the desire to find constructive solutions, but also the traceability per batch, helped by our computerised processes (ERP/CRM software) are the ingredients of our complete service.
A few aluminium parts produced for building construction
Handle for anti-panic door. Particularly robust model used, for example, in the Tihange nuclear power stations. AlMg3Ti polished, brushed and anodised.
Result : cast handle with a stainless steel lever inserted in the casting. Polished, brushed and anodised by ourselves. Mounting of a special crimped bearing and the handle on its support by ourselves, with submission of a compliance report.
Railing base in AlSi7Mg
Result :We were able to form the particularly thin cover (2.5 mm), obtained with a fine casting skin. The strength of the base was verified and validated to meet the requirements of the standard. Solution developed by ourselves to achieve the stipulated strength by avoiding the traditional expensive and energy-intensive solution of thermal treatment.

Anodisable alloy, gloss polished or anodised finish.
